Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and growth opportunities.
* Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure product quality.
* Collaborate closely with RND teams to understand product requirements and functionalities.
* Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
* Regularly report on quality metrics and test results to stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA processes.
Skills & Experience
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proven expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of QA professionals.
